Nike Brings First Athletic Hijab to Stores
Nike is bringing to market the first hijab designed for female athletes in spring 2018. Designed with input from Olympians like figure skater Zahra Lari and weight lifter Amna Al Haddad, the lightweight hijab made of stretch polyester will sell for about $35. "To have the number one sport and fitness brand in the world... provide something we can grab and wear in 10 seconds. It's going to change everything," explains triathlete Manal Rostom of Nike's new product.
